Alfred does not find several file types
I just installed Alfred on OSX ML, as I read several reviews suggesting how it can improve productivity. Although as soon as I tested it, it does not find several files which spotlight detects. For example typing .coffee does not show any of my coffee files. Same for .html .css reveals jar files that contain .css in their name, but no .css files. Also it does not track some files based on their name.
On all the above cases, spotlight works as expected. At the same time it will detect .pdf or .java etc. Any suggestions on what is causing this issue?

Setting Search all file types is solving the issue, although -not recommended- is shown, so I wonder how this solution will effect performance.
