Management Acquires KeyStone Learning Systems and Global Learning Systems

Management, along with its new financial and investment partners, has finalized agreements to acquire KeyStone Learning Systems Corporation and Global Learning Systems Inc.


The management team?s acquisition of the two companies from existing creditors resulted in the formation of a new parent company, Bancroft Technology Group, Inc.
